Cooking technology of the dish "Australian style beef steaks with bananas"

The meat should be cleaned from veins, remnants of bones, films; cut into fairly thin slices, cover with cling film and beat gently with a hammer. Then, in a hot frying pan, you need to melt the butter, making sure that it does not burn, and fry the beaten meat on it. Fry steaks on both sides for 5-8 minutes.

Then cut the bananas lengthwise into 2 parts (if 1 large banana is used for this recipe, then you can also cut it across into 2-3 parts - if desired). This is followed by the operations of breading in flour, then - in an egg, in breadcrumbs. Carry out the breading neatly and from all sides. When bananas are breaded in flour, they should be sprinkled lightly with salt and pepper. Fry the prepared bananas in the fat left over from frying the meat. Season the steaks with salt, pepper and set aside.

Grate horseradish in mashed potatoes in a blender or grate on a fine grater, and then mix it with cream. Next, combine this mixture with the sauce left over from frying the steaks, season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar, heat for 1-2 minutes and pour over the steaks before serving.
