Ingredients:
- Beef - 500 g;
- Garlic - 1 clove;
- Onion-turnip - 1 piece;
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs;
- Hard cheese (if desired, you can replace processed cheese) - 100 g;
- Olive mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons;
- Greens - a bunch;
- Salt and pepper;
- Vegetable oil required for frying.
Preparation:
- Let's start by making minced meat. To do this, mince the beef with chopped herbs and peeled garlic or process it in a food processor. Put pepper and salt into the ready-made minced meat, you can add your favorite seasonings. Stir the mixture.
- Form round cutlets from the resulting minced meat. The size of the steaks directly depends on the desire, however, cutlets with a diameter of 7-8 centimeters will be optimal.
- Then you need to fry the steaks in preheated sunflower oil. Cutlets must be fried on both sides. Continue the procedure until a golden, beautiful crust forms on them.
- After that, you need to prepare the vegetables. Wash and peel large onions, then chop into rings. Wash large red tomatoes and cut into rings.
- The selected cheese must be cut into pieces, they must be small and thin. If this is more convenient, the cheese can be grated.
- Place the fried ruddy steaks on a greased baking sheet. Pour a few drops of mayonnaise on each cutlet, and put onion rings on top, tomato rings on top. At the very top of the French steaks, there should be slices of cheese.
- Bring the chopped steaks to full readiness in the oven at an approximate temperature of 180 degrees. Roasting time approximately 15 minutes. The main thing is to melt the cheese on the steaks.
