Products:

  • pork ribs - 800 g;
  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • onions and turnips and carrots - 2 pcs each;
  • vegetable oil, salt.

For the marinade:

  • sour cream - 100 g;
  • tomato sauce - 2 tbsp / l;
  • vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp / l;
  • mustard - 1 h / l;
  • spices for pork, black pepper.

Cooking recipe step by step

Rinse the ribs, blot with napkins, cut and put in a deep bowl. Add tomato sauce, sour cream, pork spices to them, pour in vinegar, pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly, cover the cup and remove the marinated ribs in the refrigerator for about two hours.

Peel and wash onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings and cut the carrots into thin circles. Heat oil in a skillet, lightly fry and cool both vegetables.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into slices. Mix the potatoes with chilled vegetables, season with salt and spice if desired.

Grease a skillet or baking dish with vegetable oil and place the vegetables and potatoes in it. Remove the marinated ribs from the refrigerator and place them on top.

This original dish tastes very much like a kebab. At the same time, the ribs themselves simply melt in the mouth and turn out to be not particularly fatty.

  • soy sauce - 40 ml;

Cooking ribs with sauce

  • root celery - 40 g;
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp / l;
  • sweet soy sauce - 4 tbsp / l;
  • lean oil;
  • dry dill, garlic, parsley, coriander - 2 tbsp / l;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs;
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step recipe for baking ribs

Put the washed pork ribs in a saucepan and cover them with water so that it only covers them. Bring the water to a boil and cook the ribs for 1.5 hours.

While the ribs are cooking, make the marinade. To do this, combine dry herbs, soy sauce and oil in a small bowl and add vinegar to the dressing.

Ingredients:

  • ribs - 1 kg;
  • tomato paste and soy sauce - 0.5 cups each;
  • brown sugar - 50 g;
  • fresh lemon juice - 3 tbsp / l;
  • 1 large sweet and sour apple;
  • salt pepper.

Baking method

Remove the skin from the apple and remove the seeds from it. Grate the pulp immediately on a coarse grater. Squeeze the lemon juice into the apple. Do this as quickly as possible, otherwise the mass will darken.
