  • - 5 cloves of garlic;

  • - 1 st. a spoonful of brown sugar, fish sauce;
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt, lime zest, coriander.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the green beans in boiling water, add a little salt, and cook for 3 minutes. Then drain the boiling water, place the beans in cold water.

Step 2

Cook the pork for now. Cut the meat into thin slices across the grain, sprinkle with pepper and salt.

Step 3

Heat a skillet, add oil, sauté the garlic, lime zest, chili and coriander for a minute.

Step 4

Add meat to spices, fry for another 3 minutes. Add fish sauce, beans, sugar and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

Combine cooked meat and green beans with lime leaves.
