Fried mushrooms with chicken fillet and green beans are a very satisfying, delicious second dish stewed in cream. It can be served with a wide variety of side dishes, and goes especially well with spaghetti.

Pour water into a small saucepan, wait for it to boil, add salt. Place the chicken fillet in boiling water and boil it in salted water for about 15 minutes.

Take green beans, put them frozen in boiling water, add salt to taste and cook for 10 minutes.

Take a large onion or a few medium ones, peel, wash, cut into half rings, and half rings in half. Take mushrooms (fresh champignons), cut them into oblong pieces.

Fry the onions in a pan in vegetable oil until transparent, about 5 minutes. Add chopped mushrooms to the pan, mix them with vegetables, fry until all the mushroom juice has boiled away. Boiled fillet, cool and cut into oblong pieces.

Take cheese, grate it on a coarse grater. Pepper the mushrooms at this time, salt to taste.

Add green beans and chicken fillets to the pan. Mix everything well and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Pour cream into the resulting mass.
