Ingredients:

  • Chanterelle mushrooms - 500 g;
  • Green beans - 500 g;
  • Purchased frozen puff pastry - 500 g;
  • Egg yolk - 1 pc;
  • Butter - 4 tablespoons;
  • Heavy cream - 150 g;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Shallots - 40 g;
  • Thyme - half a teaspoon;
  • Green onion feathers;
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Put the green beans in cold water.
  2. Cut the chanterelles into small pieces.
  3. Put the oven at 250 degrees. Place a sheet of foil or parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  4. Defrost the puff pastry. Divide the dough in half lengthwise (you get two thin layers). Draw a line 5 millimeters from the edge with a very sharp knife. Draw diagonal lines inside the marked border. The main thing is not to cut through the dough. Place the dough sheets on a baking sheet and brush them with pre-beaten egg yolk.
  5. Bake the puff pastry for 10 minutes, until it rises. Cool the baked dough and cut carefully around the "lids".
  6. Put the chanterelles in a saucepan and add 5 teaspoons of butter. Chop the shallots and add to the oil and mushroom mixture. Season with pepper, thyme, salt. Peel the cloves of garlic and put them in the mixture. Bring the mixture to a boil, covered with a lid. After the mixture boils, remove the lid and cook until the excess liquid is absorbed. Remove the garlic. Add cream and cook until sauce is very thick. Place the sauce in a warm place.
  7. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, boil, add 4 teaspoons of salt. Dip beans in water, boil for 4 minutes. Remove the beans with a slotted spoon and cool.
  8. Heat the dough in a microwave or oven. Place the remaining butter in a skillet and fry the beans in it. Season with pepper.
  9. Add beans to the dough pieces, put the sauce with chanterelles on top. Sprinkle chopped green onion feathers over the snack. Cover the dish with lids.
