Beans stew is a low-calorie and quick dish. Suitable for a light dinner. Peel and chop the carrots and onions. Place the frozen beans in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Then put the chopped vegetables in the same place. Make cruciform cuts at the base of the tomatoes. Place in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let it sit for a few minutes and drain off the liquid. Peel the tomatoes and chop finely. Place in a skillet with the rest of the vegetables. Add garlic, passed through a press, salt and pepper.
