Here's what you need for cooking:

- 700 g frozen green beans;

- 1 medium-sized carrot;

- 2 small heads of turnip onions;

- 500 g of boiled lamb shoulder;

- 2 tomatoes;

- 2 eggs;

- 1 glass of milk;

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;

- 100 grams of cheese;

- 0.5 teaspoon of ground red pepper;

Chop the carrots into thin strips, 2 cm long, onions - in small pieces. Fry these vegetables in olive oil. Add red pepper at the end.

Pass the boiled meat through a meat grinder, combine with beans, cut across into 2-3-centimeter pieces. It remains to put finely chopped tomatoes, salt and mix everything.

Pour the mixture into a mold, greased with olive oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. The casserole is baked in an oven preheated to 200 ° C until half cooked - 20 minutes. After that, they take it out, pour it with a mixture of eggs and milk and send it to the oven for about the same amount.

5 minutes before the end of readiness, you can sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese. The dish is served with sour cream, mayonnaise and finely chopped parsley.

Vitamin omelet

You can make an omelet with green beans. To do this, boil it in boiling water for 15 minutes. Cool, cut each pod into 3 pieces. Then put in a frying pan, salt and pour over beaten eggs with milk.

To make the omelet look even more beautiful, before sending it to the pan, yellow and red bell peppers are fried in it for 10-15 minutes.

After the vegetables are covered with an omelet, it is baked well, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and dill on top of the dish. It turns out tasty, healthy, beautiful.
