Green beans are a valuable vegetable protein source. This protein is absorbed by the body much more easily than animal proteins. Chicken fillet is a hearty and nutritious meat, so paired with beans you get a hearty light lunch or dinner.
It is necessary
- - 400 g chicken fillet;
- - 400 g green beans;
- - 2 onions;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - parsley, cilantro, black pepper, salt, dry seasonings to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet until half cooked, cut into portions, fry in vegetable oil, put in a bowl for stewing.
Step 2
Go through the green pods of young beans, rinse with cold water, break into 2-3 pieces. Do not forget to free the pods from the hard thread parts first. Boil the prepared pods in water until tender. Finished green beans should be easy to crush with a spoon.
Step 3
Fry in vegetable oil in which the chicken fillet was fried, the onion chopped into thin rings and slices of fresh tomato. Add chopped parsley and cilantro, chopped garlic, spices to taste, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Put the resulting mixture in a bowl with the chicken, add the boiled green beans, pour in a little water - it should only lightly cover the ingredients. Simmer chicken fillet with green beans for 10-15 minutes.
