In summer, you want to eat simply and healthy. White meat and vegetables come to the rescue, which are very easy to get in the summer. One of the simple and delicious dishes is chicken fillet with green beans. Incredibly tasty and fast.
It is necessary
- - 300 g chicken fillet,
- - 200 g green beans,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - greens to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into small cubes. Fillet can be replaced with pork or beef (cooking time will need to be increased). If you are using frozen beans, defrost them beforehand. Cut the beans into small pieces, about two centimeters long.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons in a skillet. tablespoons of vegetable oil (you can use odorless sunflower oil). Put pieces of chicken fillet in the heated oil, fry until meat turns white, stir occasionally.
Step 3
As soon as the meat turns white (you can brown it a little), add the beans to the pan, stir. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover and cook for seven minutes. During this time, the beans are cooked. Remove the lid from the pan and let the meat and beans sit for about three minutes to evaporate the liquid.
Step 4
Rinse fresh herbs and chop. You can use any greens, parsley, dill, cilantro, or mix. Sprinkle the meat with fresh herbs and serve warm. Boiled rice or potatoes can be served with meat.
