It is necessary
-
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Green onions - 100 g.
- Cheese - 100 g.
- Dill - 1 bunch.
- Parsley - 1 bunch.
- Garlic - 3 cloves.
- Mayonnaise.
- Salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken breast thoroughly and pat dry with a towel. If the breast has skin, it must be removed. Cut the breast into two halves. Place each half on the table, press it with your palm. Take a sharp knife and keep it parallel to the table. So, peeling off the top layer of the breast, cut each piece in two more halves to make 4 pieces.
Step 2
Take a piece of cling film and place a piece of breast on top of it, and cover it with another piece of plastic wrap. Beat the fillets with a wooden hammer or rolling pin so that the fillet piece grows 1.5-2 times. Do this with each piece.
Step 3
Finely chop the greens. Squeeze the garlic through the garlic press and add to the herbs. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4
Remove the top piece of film from the fillet. Grease the surface of the fillet with mayonnaise, put the herbs, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top and season with salt. Gently roll the fillets into a tight roll using the bottom layer of cling film. Pin joints and breaks with toothpicks. Do this with each piece.
Step 5
Place the rolls in a skillet and fry them on all sides for 15-20 minutes. The pan must be covered with a lid. Cut the roll into slices 1, 5-2 cm wide. Ready rolls can be served both hot and cold, after removing all toothpicks from them.
Step 6
These rolls can be prepared by boiling them. To do this, each roll must be tightly wrapped with gauze or cling film and cooked over low heat for 35-40 minutes. After cooking, leave in a saucepan for another 15 minutes. The pot must be covered with a lid. Remove any film / cheesecloth from the rolls before serving.
