you can eat it by rolling it up, or wrap the filling. Such cakes are suitable for eating on the days of Orthodox fasting, and also, due to the fact that the dough does not contain animal products, this dish will be enjoyed by vegetarians and vegans.
It is necessary
- - hot water - 300 ml;
- - flour - 540 g;
- - vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - green onions - 1 bunch.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine wheat flour and medium-ground salt in a large bowl.
Add vegetable oil to this dry mixture and immediately pour in hot, freshly boiled water, and quickly knead a soft dough.
Step 2
Roll the lean choux pastry into a ball on the table and cover with a bowl.
Leave at room temperature, under a bowl, for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 3
After the indicated period of time, raise the bowl, divide the dough into 16 - 20 parts.
Step 4
Roll each of the resulting pieces of lean choux pastry into a bun, and then roll into a thin, 1 - 2 millimeter, flat cake.
Step 5
Finely chop the green onion. One large bunch of fresh green onions should make 1.5 cups of chopped greens. Sprinkle the prepared onion on the tortillas and roll each into a roll first and then
wrap each roll with a snail.
Step 6
Roll the snails back into flat cakes. Then bake in a dry skillet on one side and the other.

Serve hot lean tortillas with any sauce you like. You can also wrap the filling in lean Chinese tortillas. It can be boiled potatoes, mushrooms, any fresh vegetables.
