Step 1
Natural omelet with green onions
Beat eggs in a bowl, season with salt to taste, add milk and beat with a fork until light foam. Pour the mixture into a greased frying pan. Grill over high heat. When the omelet begins to thicken, sprinkle with chopped green onions. This is done at the final stage so that the onion does not have time to cook, but remains crispy and fresh. Use a spatula to wrap the edges of the omelet from both sides towards the middle. You will have an oblong patty omelet. Fold it seam side down onto a heated dish, brush with butter and serve immediately, garnish with two crossed onions.

Omelet mixed with green onions
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat a little. Chop green onions finely, mix with beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, salt. Fry in a hot skillet like a natural omelet. If desired, the omelette pancake can be turned over to brown it on both sides.

Chop the green onion finely. Beat eggs and mix with onion. Add salt and vodka. Stir again. Melt the pork fat in a preheated frying pan, pour the resulting mass over it. The omelet will be very crispy and airy. Before serving, you can sprinkle with cheese and garnish with a chives feather.

Soak white bread in milk, mash until mushy, add eggs and beat the mixture with a spoon. Add grated cheese and chopped onions, salt and stir. Pour the mixture slowly into a hot, oiled skillet. Fry until golden brown. The scallion and cheese omelet can be poured into a hot skillet and baked in the oven. And to add opulence to the omelet, separate the whites with the yolks. Beat the egg whites and add them last to the mixture before cooking.
