Fish with brisket and green beans is a very tasty and healthy dish, which is suitable for both festive and everyday meals. It takes a little time to cook, and the result is simply delicious.

It is necessary

    • marine lean fish - 1.5 kg;
    • smoked loin - 400 g;
    • onions - 2 pcs.;
    • green beans (canned) - 500 g;
    • olive oil - 3 tbsp l.;
    • granulated sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
    • ½ lemon juice;
    • pepper;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Scale the fish. Carefully make a small longitudinal incision along the abdomen, through which remove all the insides. Use scissors to cut out the gills. The heads and tails do not need to be removed. Thoroughly wash the inside and outside of the fish with cold water, blot with paper towels.

Step 2

Carefully cut the loin into very thin slices, about 1-2 millimeters thick. Rub each dried fish with a small amount of a mixture of pepper and salt and wrap the slices of meat so that only the head and tail remain open.

Step 3

Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Place in a colander and immerse in a pot of boiling water for 2-3 minutes, remove and immediately pour over with cold water. It is important that unpleasant bitterness leaves the onion. If you are using sweet onions, you do not need to carry out this procedure.

Step 4

Drain the beans from the jar. If you purchased fresh green beans, first boil them in boiling, slightly salted water for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Brush a microwave-safe dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place the onions and beans in it. Place the prepared fish on the grill rack. Mix the remaining butter with lemon juice, sugar and salt. Sprinkle the resulting mass on the fish.

Step 6

Place the grill with fish on the upper level of the oven, and a dish with vegetables on the lower level. Set the microwave power to 70% and turn on the grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 7

Serve hot. As a side dish, boiled rice or fried potatoes are perfect for this dish. Serve the creamy or tomato sauce separately with the fish with loin and green beans.
