Simmer the milk over low heat on a burner or in an oven at 150 ° C for about an hour and a half. Make sure that the milk does not boil, but that it languishes. The baked milk should turn out to be a beautiful creamy shade with a dense foam. The longer the milk is simmering, the darker it becomes.

Step 3

Cool the baked milk to 35-37 ° C. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream to a saucepan, stir gently and leave to ferment for 5-7 hours in a warm place.

Step 4

If you wish, you can add sugar to the finished fermented baked milk. For a thicker consistency, chill the prepared fermented baked milk in the refrigerator.
