Fillings for liver pancakes can be varied, you just have to inspect your refrigerator. The liver for pancakes can be anything, and the most delicious is a mixture of chicken and veal liver.
It is necessary
- - 3 pcs. eggs;
- - 0.5 liters of milk;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - salt;
- - 400-500 g of liver (preferably chicken, here is pork liver);
- For filling:
- - 3 pcs. eggs;
- - 3 pcs. carrots;
- - 3 pcs. onions (large);
- - mayonnaise;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your vegetables. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion into cubes. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Then add the carrots and sauté together for about 15 minutes, until the carrots are browned.
Step 2
Boil eggs, peel, grate on a coarse grater. Combine all the ingredients for the filling and season with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Grind the liver or grind it in a food processor. Add eggs, some milk, flour, salt to the minced liver and mix well in a blender. Then pour in the rest of the milk and stir again.
Step 4
Let the dough stand for 5 minutes and bake regular thin pancakes in a preheated skillet lightly greased with vegetable oil.
Step 5
After greasing each pancake with the filling, roll it up and cut into three or more pieces. Pancakes can be eaten both warm and cold.
