Crispy pie with melted cheese and fried onions is an ideal snack not only for gatherings with friends, but also for a festive table. The preparation is quite simple and does not take a lot of time. Delicious and simple.

- - 300 grams of wheat flour,
- - 150 grams of margarine,
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of kefir,
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder,
- - 0.2 teaspoons of salt.
- For filling:
- - 0.2 teaspoons of salt,
- - 1 large onion,
- - 200 grams of processed cheese,
- - 3 eggs,
- - a bunch of greens,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine in a bowl 300 grams of flour, 0.2 teaspoons of salt and 0.5 teaspoons of baking powder, mix and add 150 grams of grated margarine. Grind the flour mixture into crumbs. Add 4 tablespoons of kefir and quickly knead the shortbread dough. Roll the resulting dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, about ten minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Coarsely grate the melted cheese. Rinse fresh herbs, dry a little and chop.
Step 4
Combine the grated cheese with the fried onions, then add the herbs and stir. Beat the egg into the resulting filling and stir, add a little salt and mix again.
Step 5
Transfer the dough to a baking dish and knead in the same place. Form the bumpers two centimeters high. There is no need to lubricate the mold. Put the filling on the dough, flatten. Wrap the filling with the sides of the dough, you get a rim around the cake.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 40 minutes. Then remove the cake pan from the oven and remove the cake. Cool on a wire rack.
