Squid is a seafood that not everyone likes. But if you are a fan of it, then you will surely like the squid salad with melted cheese. It is very tender and cooks quickly enough.
It is necessary
- - 300 g squid;
- - 2 eggs;
- - greens;
- - 1 processed cheese or fresh cucumber;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash squid carcasses well. Remove the insides from them and free from the film. The cartilage plate is also not needed there - remove it.
Step 2
Boil water, add salt there to taste. Boil squid in boiling water for 2 minutes. If overexposed, they will become tough and lose their taste.
Step 3
Once the squids are ready, take them out. Let them cool and cut into strips.
Step 4
Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. It can be pre-cooled in the refrigerator. Instead of melted cheese, you can take a fresh cucumber and chop it finely into a salad.
Step 5
Boil the eggs. To prevent the shells from cracking on them, add salt to the water where the eggs will be boiled. Subsequently, they can be grated into a salad on a coarse grater, or you can simply cut them into cubes.
Step 6
Chop the herbs finely. Peel the garlic and pass it through the garlic press. Mix it with mayonnaise.
Step 7
The salad is almost ready. Mix squid, eggs, herbs and cheese together. Season the salad with the dressing you prepared in the previous step - mayonnaise with garlic.
