Salmon snack pie will decorate any festive table nicely. This dish has a very delicate refined taste, and all thanks to the excellent combination of salted fish and cream cheese. Hurry up to cook it!
It is necessary
- - cream cheese with cottage cheese - 500 g;
- - herring caviar - 50 g;
- - lightly salted salmon - 300 g;
- - cod liver - 200 g;
- - 1 pack of ready-made puff cakes;
- - dill - a bunch.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the cream cheese so that 3 equal parts are formed. Rinse the dill thoroughly under running water and add to one of them, after chopping it. Stir the resulting mixture as it should.
Step 2
With the cod liver, do this: drain the excess oil and chop with a fork until puree. Combine this homogeneous mass with the second part of the cream cheese. Mix well. Add the herring caviar to the remaining cheese.
Step 3
Put half of the mass of cod liver and cream cheese on a puff pastry in an even layer. On top of it, place 1/2 part of the fish chopped into thin slices and brush again with the cheese mass, but only with the one to which the chopped dill has been added.
Step 4
Cover the first with the second crust. Spread it with cheese paste, which is mixed with herring roe.
Step 5
Put the next crust on the previous one and apply the rest of the cream cheese and cod liver mass on it. On it, respectively, carefully lay out the remaining salmon. Grease the fish with a thin layer of cheese filling with herbs.
Step 6
On the remaining crust, apply a small layer of cream cheese with herbs. Then smear the sides of this snack with it. Cut the resulting dish so that you end up with 2 long pieces. In this form, send to the refrigerator for about 5-6 hours. The salmon snack pie is ready!
