It is necessary

  • 400 grams of puff pastry,
  • 500 grams of salmon,
  • 150 grams of champignons,
  • 80 grams of spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the peeled onion into medium cubes.

Cut the champignons into slices.

Chop the spinach.

Step 2

Fry the onion in melted butter for 30 seconds, then add vegetable oil and continue frying for another 3 minutes. Fry over medium heat. Add champignons. We continue to fry until the liquid evaporates from the mushrooms. As soon as the liquid has evaporated, pour in 100 ml of cream, bring to a boil and add spinach. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

The filling for the pie can turn out to be liquidish, for density, add a teaspoon of flour and mix. After boiling, boil until thickened.

Step 4

Divide the puff pastry into two parts, one part should be larger than the other. We roll out most of the dough into a layer (it is better to make a thickness of 3 mm). Transfer to a baking dish, which is better covered with foil. The sides of the mold should be covered with dough.

Step 5

Divide the salmon into 2 parts. Put the first part of the salmon in the mold (on the dough), season with salt and pepper. Put the cooled mushroom and onion filling on top, taste it with salt, add salt if necessary. Cover the filling with the second half of the salmon, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6

Roll the second part of the dough into a layer and cover the salmon pie with it, splice the edges. To prevent the cake from deforming during baking, we make a small dent on the dough, the cake can be greased with a slightly beaten egg or milk - to taste, you do not need to grease it.

Step 7

We put the cake pan in a preheated oven (190 degrees) for half an hour. We bake until appetizing ruddy. We take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool slightly. When hot, it is difficult to cut into portions. Serve with sauce.
