Minced meat pie is not difficult to prepare. It can be served on the table for a holiday or just for lunch or dinner at home.
It is necessary
- - puff pastry 2 sheets;
- - minced meat 500 g;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - olives 100 g;
- - cream 100 g;
- - tomato paste 100 g;
- - ground black pepper;
- - mayonnaise;
- - minced garlic;
- - chopped parsley;
- - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - 1 pinch of nutmeg;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the onion. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the onion until golden brown, then add the minced meat. Stir, fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2
Add spices, cream, tomato paste, parsley and salt to the pan to the meat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Cut the olives into small pieces, mix with the meat filling.
Step 3
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry, put it in a mold, put the meat filling on top. Brush liberally with mayonnaise. Roll out the second sheet and cover the pie. Pinch the edges of the dough. Make a few punctures on top to release steam.
Step 4
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. You can decorate the pie with fresh chopped herbs.
