Making meat balls in puff pastry is incredibly easy. Collect the ingredients listed and have an oven handy. It is better to choose minced meat mixed, it will make the dish juicier. The dough is suitable for puff yeast and unleavened, choose at your discretion.

Prepare the garlic, peel it. Crush the garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife, then chop finely. Peel the onion, wash, cut into small cubes. Combine the onion and garlic cuts with the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. To make the minced meat pliable, beat it off. To do this, take the meat in your hand and throw it on the table, do it several times.

Form small balls of minced meat, do it with wet hands. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin layer. Cut thin strips from it, twist them into a tourniquet. The width of the stripes should not exceed 5 mm. Wrap puff pastry strips randomly around the meatballs.
