Step 1
Cut the leeks into small pieces and fry in melted butter over low heat. When it becomes soft, pour in a third of the cream and simmer for a couple of minutes.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add melted butter, leftover cream, diced cheese, sautéed onions, salmon chunks, and chopped herbs. Add flour and mix well.

Pour the dough into small molds and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C until golden brown. It will take no more than 15 minutes. Cool the finished pie a little and serve with slices of smoked salmon.
