It is necessary
- - Chicken breast (fillet) -1 pc.;
- - White flour loaf - 100 g;
- - Cherry tomatoes - 200 g;
- - Quail eggs - 8 pcs.;
- - Hard cheese - 150 g;
- - Lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
- - Garlic - 4 cloves;
- - Mustard - 1 tsp;
- - Seasoning for chicken - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - Lettuce leaves;
- - Olive oil (you can take sunflower oil);
- - Mayonnaise;
- - Ground black pepper;
- - Salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, dry and place in a bowl. Now it will need to be pickled. To do this, in a separate small bowl, mix 1 flat teaspoon of salt, a few pinches of ground black pepper, chicken seasoning and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Rub the chicken thoroughly with the resulting mixture on all sides and leave on the table for half an hour.
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the loaf pieces into small cubes, after cutting off the crusts from them. Then put them in a bowl, add a little olive oil to them, stir to soak each bite, and fry in a dry skillet until they turn into crispy croutons.
Step 3
When the meat is soaked in spices, take a frying pan and heat it up. Then add the chicken fillet and fry on both sides for 5 minutes until golden brown. At the same time, the chicken should be well done.
Step 4
Hard boil the quail eggs. To do this, dip them into a ladle of salted cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. Then cool, peel and cut into 4 pieces. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, dry and also cut into quarters.
Step 5
Now let's make the cheese salad dressing. To do this, remove the husks from the garlic cloves and crush them through a press into a small bowl. Grate half of the cheese on a fine grater and add to the garlic, setting aside a small amount to garnish. Add mustard, a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt to taste, black pepper, 50 ml of olive oil and juice squeezed from half a lemon. Mix everything well with a hand blender.
Step 6
Chop the fried chicken and the remaining slice of cheese into small cubes and transfer to a salad bowl or large plate lined with coarsely chopped lettuce leaves. Add quail eggs and tomatoes. Season everything with cheese sauce and garnish with croutons. Sprinkle with some grated cheese set aside. Caesar salad is ready! It can be served immediately.
