Stir them with your hands so that the marinating composition spreads evenly. Soak them for at least half an hour, but preferably a few hours.

Ingredients:

- 150 g of 20% sour cream;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

Grind the peeled garlic in a mortar and add to the sauce as well. Liberally grease both unpeeled tubers and chicken with it. Turn on the airfryer preheated to 260oC at high speed and bake the contents for 35 minutes.
