    • 300 gr sour cream;
    • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
    • spices to taste;
    • 50 grams of hard cheese;
    • fresh herbs.
    • Oriental wings:
    • 1 kg of chicken wings;
    • 1 clove of garlic;
    • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons of dry wine (preferably pink);
    • 2 teaspoons of honey (liquid);
    • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken chop with cranberries.

Rinse and dry the chicken breasts. Cut them into portions and beat them with a special hammer. Then soak in cranberry juice for 20-30 minutes. After marinating, season with spices and place on the middle wire rack of your Airfryer. Wash and dry the tomatoes and onions. Cut the peeled onion into half rings, and cut the tomato into slices. Lay on top of the breasts in layers: onion, tomato and grated cheese. The dish is cooked in the airfryer at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 40 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs and cranberries before serving.

Rinse and dry chicken breasts, mushrooms and onions. Cut the mushrooms and chicken into pieces. Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Layer in pots: chicken breast, chopped onion, mushrooms and garlic. Salt, pepper and season with spices as desired. Mix sour cream with tomato paste and pour the resulting mixture into the pots of chicken. This dish is cooked in the airfryer for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving the dish, garnished with fresh herbs.

Oriental wings.

Rinse and dry the chicken wings. Peel and chop the garlic. In a deep bowl or small saucepan, combine the chicken wings with garlic, sunflower oil, chopped ginger, honey, wine, and soy sauce. Whisk everything until smooth and leave to marinate in a cool place for 30-40 minutes. Place the ready-to-cook chicken wings on the middle wire rack of the airfryer and pour over the rest of the marinade. Cook the dish for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
