Step 1

So, first of all, pour the buckwheat into a colander and rinse thoroughly under running water. And leave until all the liquid is drained. Wash the carrots well, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic, pass through a press or chop with a knife.

Step 2

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put carrots there, then minced meat and chopped garlic. Turn on the "Bake" mode, or any suitable one, for 15 minutes. Stir the ingredients every 5 minutes to separate the minced meat into pieces.

Step 3

After the multicooker emits a sound signal, add the washed buckwheat to the bowl, pour water and set the "Buckwheat", "Cereals", "Rice" mode, in general, be guided by the mode provided by your machine. Cook until you hear a beep.
