Nest-shaped pasta with minced meat is a full-fledged dish that combines meat and a side dish at once. It is not only very tasty and satisfying, but also has a very original and appetizing look, so it can be prepared both for a family dinner and to treat it to guests during a festive feast.

It is necessary

  • - 8 pcs. nest-shaped pasta;
  • - 200 g minced meat;
  • - 1 small onion head;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ketchup;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise;
  • - 50 g of hard cheese;
  • - 500 ml of water or broth;
  • - salt, black pepper and seasonings to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

We stuff the required amount of pasta with homemade or purchased mince. Before that, the defrosted minced meat must first be stirred with half a head of onion, salt and add spices to it.

Step 2

Mix mayonnaise with ketchup and finely chopped onion left over from minced meat.

Step 3

Put the stuffed nests in a multicooker container, fill them with slightly salted water or broth so that the liquid covers only the pasta. Lubricate the minced meat balls on top with a prepared mixture of mayonnaise, ketchup and onions. Put a plate of hard cheese on each stuffed nest.

Step 4

On a slow cooker, set the "Pilaf" or "Baking" mode and cook the dish for 40 minutes.

Step 5

Put the finished nests with minced meat on plates and sprinkle them with chopped green onions.
