It is necessary

  • • ½ kg of white cabbage;
  • • 1 small onion head;
  • • 2 chicken eggs;
  • • 2 garlic cloves;
  • • sunflower oil;
  • • ½ kg of any minced meat (optional);
  • • 1 carrot;
  • • half a glass of cream;
  • • 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
  • • spices and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare your vegetables. To do this, peel the garlic cloves, rinse and cut with a sharp knife into very small cubes, or pass through a garlic press.

Step 2

The onion must be peeled and rinsed thoroughly in cold water. Cut it into small cubes. Remove the peel from the carrots and rinse the vegetable thoroughly. Then it must be chopped using a coarse grater.

Step 3

Pour oil into the container of the multicooker and set the browning mode. Then pour in the carrots, onions and garlic. You need to fry vegetables for 5 minutes.

Step 4

The cabbage must be thoroughly washed and finely chopped. Add the cabbage to the rest of the vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly. Saute the vegetables, stirring regularly, until the cabbage is tender. Then you need to salt them and add the necessary spices.

Step 5

Then put the minced meat in the slow cooker. However, this is not necessary at all. This dish can be prepared without it. Fry the mixture further until the minced meat turns pale.

Step 6

Prepare the casserole dish. To do this, mix cream, salt, bread crumbs and eggs in a deep cup. Mix them well and then whisk using a whisk.

Step 7

The finished filling must be poured into the multicooker bowl, and set to the "Baking" mode. Remember to close the lid tightly. The meal will be ready in about 30 minutes.

Step 8

Remove the prepared casserole from the multicooker and cut into portions. Each bite can be garnished with fresh herbs.
