To make a heart cake, you need a silicone mold. Having prepared the dough and placing it in such a form, you get biscuit cakes of the same size. It remains only to grease them with cream, lay them on top of each other and decorate. But what if you only have a rectangular or round baking dish? Of course, do not be discouraged! A heart cake can be made in this case as well.

So, we bake the cakes according to our favorite recipe. Usually - 2-3 cakes. After that, we cut out a heart from clean white paper - a template for your future cake. Put it on the cake, see if it fits entirely. We reduce the template, if necessary, or make a new template of a larger size. Having finished the so-called fitting, carefully cut out all the cakes of the heart with a sharp knife. Most of the work has already been done! It remains to collect our cake and decorate. Yes, do not discard the dough trimmings. They can be crushed or broken, mixed with cream and used to decorate and interlayer the sides.
Step 3
For one crust, beat two eggs with one glass of sugar (until the volume increases two to three times). Add half a teaspoon of baking soda, quenched with vinegar, mix. Pour in one glass of flour. Grease the form with sunflower oil, then sprinkle with semolina and lay out the dough. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven. Willingness to check with a match: just stick it into the biscuit and pull it out. If the dough does not stick to the match, the cake is ready. Bake all other cakes in the same way.
Step 4
Mix butter with condensed milk for the cream (add it in small portions), just do not beat! Soak the prepared cakes with syrup (pouring evenly with a tablespoon, do not let the cakes dry!), Then grease with cream and collect the cake. Smear its sides with cream, decorate the top as you wish.
