This dish is a complete and healthy dinner for the whole family. It has a lot of baked vegetables and chicken in it, making sauté delicious, filling and easy treat at the same time.

- - 3 red bell peppers;
- - 300 g chicken fillet;

Step 1
Place the whole vegetables on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake until tender but begins to break down. Then remove and cool slightly.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and sauté in a minimum amount of olive oil. After 10 minutes, transfer the meat to a saucepan and add chopped coarse red onions to it.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes and bell peppers, then cut into large cubes along with the eggplants. Add vegetables to the stewpan with meat, salt and pepper to taste.

Put the saucepan over low heat and simmer everything in its own juice, covered, until the onions soften. Then sprinkle with rosemary, stir and serve.
