It is necessary

  • - 3 chicken breasts;
  • - 3 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning;
  • - 450 gr. fettuccine pasta;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive and butter;
  • - one red and one green pepper;
  • - half a red onion;
  • - 500 ml of chicken broth;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 4 medium sized tomatoes;
  • - 120 ml of white wine;
  • - 250 ml of heavy cream;
  • - salt;
  • - fresh parsley (to taste).

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the fettuccine according to the instructions and put it in a colander. You need to cook the pasta in such a way that it is ready at the same time as the chicken and vegetables in the sauce.

Cut the chicken into slices and add 1.5 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning. If it is not sold in the store, then you can make it yourself by mixing paprika, white and black pepper, onion and garlic powder, cayenne pepper in equal proportions.

Heat one spoonful of butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken in two passes until golden brown.
