Teriyaki salmon is a savory dish that is easy to prepare and does not require any special culinary preparation. Products for an exotic recipe will require the most familiar ones.
It is necessary
- - 2 salmon steaks;
- - 70 ml of soy sauce;
- - 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 3 cm of ginger root;
- - 2 medium carrots;
- - 2 red onions;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- - green onions;
- - ground pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
For teriyaki, chop the ginger finely and combine it with sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat. Stir constantly and cook the sauce until the sugar dissolves. Then remove the saucepan from the heat and set to cool.
Step 2
Remove the bones from the steaks, transfer them to a bowl and top with the teriyaki sauce. Leave the fish to marinate until vegetables and rice are done.
Step 3
Cut the red onion into thin rings, cut each carrot lengthwise and then diagonally into slices. Place vegetables in boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes, then discard in a colander. Now put them in ice-cold water and put them back in a colander.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the steaks in it for 3 minutes on each side, they should turn brown due to the caramelization of the sugar. Place the cooked fish on a plate.
Step 5
In a skillet, lightly fry the onions and carrots, then add the remaining teriyaki marinade to them and bring to a boil. Transfer vegetables to a plate with salmon, sprinkle with torn lettuce and green onions.
