- • 500 g eggplant
- • 250 g tomato
- • Sour cream packaging
- • 300 g of fresh mushrooms
- • 100 g of Russian cheese
- • 3 cloves of garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggplants thoroughly and cut them into slices about a centimeter.
Step 2
Then salt the eggplants and leave for half an hour. This will prevent the eggplant from being bitter.

While the eggplants are soaked, cut the tomatoes and mushrooms into slices.

Chop or garlic press the garlic finely. Then mix it thoroughly with sour cream.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater so that it melts better.
