Step 1
Wash the chicken, dry the carcass with a paper kitchen towel, cut off the meat. If the cutlets are not dietary, then the skin and internal chicken fat can be left.

Pass the onion, garlic and chicken meat through a meat grinder, you can also add a few sprigs of dill there. Beat the egg into the minced meat, knead it well until a dense homogeneous mass.

Oatmeal, pour boiling water, wait until they swell, drain the water and add them to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper lightly. Mix everything well again, cover the bowl with cling film and set for a while to "rest" the minced meat.
Step 4
Heat oil in a skillet. Form small minced meat patties. Pour flour on a saucer or plate and gently roll each cutlet in it. Then put in a skillet and fry each on both sides in oil.
Step 5
Put the fried cutlets in a pan, reduce the heat to low and simmer them under the lid for another 5-7 minutes. Turn off the fire, but do not lift the lid. After 5 minutes, take out the cutlets and place them on portioned plates, lightly sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and herbs
