Salads with chicken liver are juicy, tender and healthy due to the high content of iron, protein, folic acid, vitamins A and C in the by-product. For an everyday and festive table, you can prepare a warm dish of liver and oranges.

- -1 bunch of lettuce;
- - 1 orange;
- - 2, 5 tsp honey;
- - 3 tsp balsamic vinegar;
- - 2 tbsp. orange juice and olive oil;
- - salt, sesame seeds and ground pepper to taste.

Step 1
A warm salad is prepared very quickly, and only 3 products are included in it. The only condition is that it must be done a few minutes before serving, so that it does not have time to cool down. There are only 3 main ingredients in this dish, but the taste is rich thanks to the balsamic vinegar and seasonings.
Step 2
To keep the salad warm, the liver is cooked last. And first, they cut the orange: cut off the peel and a little pulp with a knife, divide the fruit into slices, and squeeze the juice from the rest. Then add 2 tsp to it. vinegar, honey and 1 tbsp. butter, salt, pepper and stir to make a sauce.
Step 3
The liver is cut into pieces, fried in a pan with oil, pepper and salt, pour over the remaining vinegar and add honey, fry for another 2 minutes. The offal is laid out on plates, poured over with sauce, garnished with salad, wedges and sesame seeds.
