Cut the liver into large pieces and soak in milk for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cut onion and eggplant into half rings, bell pepper into strips, garlic in thin slices, cut tomatoes into 4 parts.

Fry the liver quickly in vegetable oil and transfer to a cup.
Step 4
In the same oil, fry the onions, eggplants, bell peppers and garlic.
Step 5
Add liver to vegetables, salt and pepper and mix gently. Put it out together for 5 minutes.
