Baked peaches with thyme, honey and ice cream will be a great dessert. The dish turns out to be very tasty and healthy. And thyme will add a special spicy touch to the dessert. The specified amount of food is enough for 5 servings.
It is necessary
- - fresh peaches - 10 pcs.;
- - honey (liquid) - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - butter - 10 tsp;
- - thyme - 20 branches;
- - creamy ice cream - 200 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Fruit preparation. Rinse peaches well with water. Cut lengthwise in two, carefully remove the seeds. Place the peaches in a baking dish (in one layer).
Step 2
Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave. Oil the peach halves. Stir gently, then arrange the peach halves in a shape, cut side up.
Step 3
Fill the pit from the seeds with soft ice cream (about 2/3 of the pit). Top the peaches with liquid honey. Place a sprig of thyme on top of each peach half. Bake the dessert in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool the dish slightly before serving and pour over the sauce formed during baking.
Step 4
Place several peach halves on a serving plate, top with a scoop of ice cream and garnish with mint leaves. The dish is ready.
