- - 150 g of yogurt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peach Jam
Wash the peaches, cut into halves and remove the pits. Now cut the fruit into thin slices and place in the enamel bowl. Cover the peaches with sugar, cover the basin with a towel and leave the fruits to infuse for 10 hours.
Step 2
Put the peaches on the fire, pour the juice of one lemon into them, add cinnamon and stir. Simmer the jam over low heat for an hour, then pour into sterilized jars and roll up under tin lids. Store peach jam in a cool, dark place.
Step 3
Peach pie
Roll out the puff pastry and place in a mold or a baking sheet with sides, so that the edges of the dough should slightly step over them. Wash the peaches and cut them into thin slices, then place them evenly on the dough.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a water bath, add cinnamon and sugar to it, mix well. Grease the peaches with the resulting mixture, now gently bend the dough from the sides so that they cover the product on the sides.
Step 5
Put the decorated peach pie in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes. While the pie is cooking, whisk the cream and icing sugar into a persistent cream and serve the baked goods with it.

Peach compote
Wash the peaches, cut them in two and remove the seeds. Place the processed fruit, cut side down, in a sterilized jar. Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, lemon wedges to it, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and cook sugar syrup for 5-6 minutes. Pour the hot liquid over the peaches and roll them under the lid. Turn the jar of peach compote, wrap it with a warm towel and leave to cool. After a day, return the jar to its normal position and store it in a dark place.
Step 7
Peach smoothie
Ripe, can be overripe, cut the peach into large pieces and put in a blender, add chopped banana and natural yogurt there. Whisk all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass and transfer to a bowl, garnish with a thin peach slice on top.
