To prepare stuffed cabbage according to this recipe, you will need:

- 500 g minced meat;

- 400 g of white cabbage;

- 2 tbsp. l. rice;

- 1 onion;

- 250 g sour cream;

- 250 g tomato paste;

- vegetable oil;

- salt;

- pepper;

- bread crumbs.

Chop the cabbage into small pieces, finely chop the peeled onion. Transfer the vegetables to a deep bowl, and so that excess bitterness comes out of them, pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then carefully drain the water, discard the cabbage and onions in a colander and squeeze lightly.

Boil the rice until tender in salted water. Then cool and combine with prepared vegetables. Add minced meat, season everything to taste with pepper and salt and mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Wet your hands in cold water and form oblong cabbage rolls from the cooked cabbage-meat mass. Thoroughly bread each in breadcrumbs and fry on all sides in vegetable oil.

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

Peel the onions and carrots, finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables together in vegetable oil until half cooked.

Chop the cabbage into small pieces and add to the onions fried with carrots. Pour in half a glass of water, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer the vegetables together for half an hour.

Mix sour cream with tomato paste and pour into a skillet with fried cabbage rolls. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer the lazy cabbage rolls until tender, about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving.

- 500 g minced meat;

- 400 g of white cabbage;

- ½ cup cooked rice;

- 1 onion;

- 1 carrot;

- 200 g tomato paste;

- 200 g sour cream;

- vegetable oil;

- pepper;

- salt.

Chop the peeled onions and carrots: the onion with a knife, and the carrots on the grater. Then lightly fry in a pan with vegetable oil. Add finely chopped cabbage, salt and pepper, pour in ½ cup water, cover the pan and simmer the vegetables together over low heat for about 30 minutes.
