Starting from 4-6 months, plant foods in the form of various mashed potatoes are gradually added to the diet of infants. This type of food can be purchased at any pharmacy, shops and supermarkets. Despite advertising about the benefits and vitamin-richness of these products, try to cook vegetable purees for your children yourself.
