Kinder Surprise is one of the favorite children's treats, which costs quite a lot of money. But you can easily prepare this sweet at home, spending a small amount of material resources.
It is necessary
- - 0.5 dark chocolate bars and 0.5 white chocolate bars
- - a mold for eggs from the old packaging Kinder Surprise
Instructions
Step 1
Break the dark chocolate slices into a bowl. Put it on low heat. Stir the hot mixture thoroughly until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Coat the mold from under the old Kinder Surprise package with the resulting liquid chocolate. Leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. If you want to cook a chocolate egg faster, you can refrigerate the pan for 5 minutes and then continue with the recipe. If chocolate runs from the edges of the mold to the bottom, then spread it a little more along the walls, evenly distributing it. Then put the molds in the freezer.
Step 3
Next, take the white chocolate and also break it into a new bowl. We put it in a water bath, stirring well. Then we take out the molds with dark chocolate from the freezer and coat them with white on top. It is best to use a special culinary brush for this, which will help to evenly distribute the chocolate mass. Then we put the eggs back in the freezer for just 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Take out the chocolate molds and use a knife to trim them if there are irregularities. Carefully remove the walls of the Kinder Surprise egg from the molds. Spread melted dark or white chocolate of your choice over the place where the halves are glued.
Step 5
Put a surprise inside the egg. It is best to place it in a capsule so that the small toy does not spoil your child's chocolate dish. Anything can be a surprise: gum, small candies, a small souvenir. In general, the content of a gift for a child completely depends on your imagination and his preferences.
Step 6
Fasten the egg and for a better hold, put the Kinder Surprise in the freezer for a few minutes. After that, you can serve the dish. In order to really surprise your child, prepare some chocolate gifts for him and arrange them beautifully on a saucer. Your child will love their parents' culinary skills!
