The "Surprise" snack is sure to please both adults and young guests at the holiday. It is very simple to prepare it: all the ingredients necessary for the preparation of this dish can be freely found from any housewife.

- - 3 processed cheese "Druzhba";
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 beet;
- - 3 carrots;
- - 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- - 3 kernels of walnuts;
- - 5-6 pcs. pitted prunes;
- - 60 g of herring;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt;
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel carrots and beets. Boil them separately. Eggs must also be boiled hard. To prevent the shells from breaking, add a little salt to the water.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and chop it using a garlic press.
Step 3
Grate the processed cheese into several bowls separately using a coarse grater. Grate eggs on a fine grater; you can just chop them finely. Grate carrots and beets on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Add grated boiled eggs to one plate to the melted cheese, grated carrots to the other, and beets grated on a coarse grater in the third.
Step 5
Add some garlic mayonnaise to each plate. Roll up the balls. You have got balls of three colors: white, orange and burgundy. Place 2 pieces of walnut in white balls. 1 chopped prune will go into each orange ball, and supply the burgundy with a piece of fish.
Step 6
Place the ready-made Surprise appetizer on a platter and garnish with herbs.
