Snack rolls are a decoration for any table. For their preparation, you can use almost products, and the cooking process itself does not take much time.
Liver rolls with mushrooms
You will need:
- veal or beef liver - 0.5 kg;
- champignons - 0.3 kg;
- eggs - 2 pcs;
- large onion - 1 piece;
- flour - 1/2 stana;
- salt, pepper to taste;
- Korean carrots - 0.2 kg;
- sunflower oil.
First, prepare the filling: cut the onion into half rings and lightly fry in sunflower oil, add finely chopped mushrooms to it and fry until tender. The champignon liquid should evaporate completely. We pass the liver through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, eggs, flour and knead a rather thick dough. We bake thin pancakes from the resulting mass. Put on warm pancakes in layers: Korean carrots, then mushrooms with onions, roll up into a tight roll, wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Next, remove the film and cut the roll into portioned pieces, each of which we fasten with a skewer.
Ham rolls with cottage cheese
You will need:
- ham - 6-8 slices;
- cottage cheese 9% - 200 g;
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp;
- greens of dill and onions.
Pour the cottage cheese into a deep bowl, add finely chopped herbs, mayonnaise and lemon juice to it, mix thoroughly. Cut the ham into thin even slices. We grease each piece with curd filling and carefully roll it into a roll, wrap it in cling film and send it to the freezer for half an hour. Remove the film from the chilled rolls and cut each into 2-3 parts.
Korean cheese rolls with carrots
You will need:
- hard cheese sliced - 16 pcs;
- Korean carrots - 300 g;
- boiled eggs 3 pcs;
- cream - 3 tbsp;
- dill greens;
- mustard, salt, pepper - to taste.
Grind eggs, garlic, cream and half of the Korean carrots in a blender, add salt, pepper, mustard and mix until smooth. Grease the slices of cheese with the resulting filling, put 2-3 strips of whole carrots along one edge and gently roll them into a roll. Cool and garnish with herbs before serving.
