Step 1
Put eggs in a saucepan, cover them with water and put on fire. Very often eggs burst during cooking, to avoid this, add 1 tsp to the pan. salt. Boil the eggs hard and then put them under cold water to cool. Peel the cooled eggs, separate the whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Peel the garlic, grind it with the yolks. Cut the squirrels into cubes. In a separate container, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper.

Rinse and dry cucumbers and tomatoes. Peel the cucumbers and cut into cubes. Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomato, pour boiling water over the vegetable and remove the peel. Cut the processed tomato into small cubes.
Step 4
Put the whites on the pita bread, spread the yolks on top, add a little sour cream-mayonnaise sauce, put the cucumber and tomato layers, spread the sauce, put the corn. Wrap the pita bread with the filling in a roll, cut into pieces and put on a dish, serve the snack rolls to the table.
