To cook pork according to this recipe, you will need:

First you need to peel and cut the garlic into slices. The pork should be washed, dried, small cuts should be made in the meat and garlic plates and bay leaves should be placed in them. Then you need to mix salt and two types of pepper. Place the meat in a deep bowl and rub thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.

Separately mix mustard with honey, mix thoroughly and glaze a piece of meat, trying to make sure that the mixture gets into the cuts with garlic. Next, sprinkle the meat with coriander and wrap it in cling film for pickling. The longer the meat is marinated, the more tender and juicy the dish will be.

The oven should be preheated to a temperature of 180 ° C and a baking sheet with pork in the sleeve should be placed in it. Be sure to tightly tie the edges of the sleeve so that the juice released during baking does not flow onto the baking sheet (this juice can be poured over a side dish). Beef cooked in this way will be very tender and aromatic. Soy sauce will add a light spicy flavor to the dish, and pickled onions after baking will be an excellent addition to the side dish.
