Pork kebab can be cooked not only on skewers or a wire rack, but also in a regular oven. It seems that it will not taste good, but you just have to try it, and a similar version of the kebab will become a lifesaver, especially in bad weather.
It is necessary
- -1 kg of pork
- -3 onions,
- -4 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar
- -2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- -50 ml lemon juice,
- -salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - ground coriander if desired,
- - a package for baking.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat, pat dry with paper towels to make it easier to cut. Cut into slices, but do not overdo it. Wrap the pieces of meat in a bag or foil, beat with a hammer. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Season with ground coriander or other spices to taste.
Step 2
Cut the peeled onion into very thin half rings. If there is a slider, then use it. Squeeze the juice from the half rings of the onion (with your hands) and mix with the meat. Add onions to meat as well. Leave the bowl of meat in a cool place for two hours.
Step 3
Chop the remaining peeled onions finely (in half rings), put in a bowl, add a little boiling water (to scald), vinegar, lemon juice, salt and sugar, mix. This procedure must be done half an hour before the end of marinating meat.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to about 180-200 degrees. Temperature is optional.
Step 5
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper (you can do without it, as you prefer). Put half rings of onion marinated in vinegar and lemon juice in a baking sleeve, put the meat on top of the onion and stir. Punch some holes on the sleeve.
Step 6
Place the baking sheet and sleeve in the oven for about an hour and a half. Check the meat periodically. Transfer the prepared kebab to a dish and serve with your favorite sauce and fresh herbs.
