Chop 3 medium carrots, 2 large onions, 200 g each cabbage and tomatoes. Chop 3 garlic cloves. Chop 30g parsley leaves. Place the vegetables in a baking sleeve so that they form a cushion. Cut the beef into pieces of 25-30 g, and the sweet red pepper into 2, 5 cm squares. Salt and pepper, place on a vegetable pillow.
