The roasting sleeve is made of a special material that is resistant to high temperatures. Dishes that are cooked with a roasting sleeve look like both baked and steamed dishes at the same time. In it, you can cook meat, poultry, fish or vegetables either separately from each other or by combining different products. In the process of cooking, they are impregnated with secreted juices and seasonings, acquiring a rich and bright taste.

- 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
Step 1
Brush the fish and remove the entrails.

Rinse the carcasses under cold running water.

Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
