Oven-baked chicken is always delicious. But after such cooking, there are two problems - the meat is sometimes dryish, and after a delicious dinner, you will also have to wash the baking sheet. To avoid these two problems, you can cook the chicken in the sleeve. This dish is also useful, because fat is not melted from the chicken - the meat is cooked in its own juice.
It is necessary
- - chicken thighs
- - olive oil
- - dried herbs (thyme, rosemary)
- - garlic
- - salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken thighs well and pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Mix salt, pepper, herbs and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a cup. Add finely chopped garlic. We rub the chicken well with this mixture and let it stand for a while so that the meat is soaked.
Step 3
Cut off the "sleeve" of the required length and fold the chicken thighs into it. The bag must be pierced in several places with a toothpick so that it does not burst during cooking. We send the dish to the oven, which must be heated to 200 degrees. Cook the chicken for about 40 minutes.
